Become a Veterinary Technician

Veterinary Technicians, also known as Vet Techs, provide day-to-day and emergency animal care under the supervision of a Veterinarian.

Vet Techs play an important role in veterinary medicine. They can perform a range of duties that can include performing check-ups, and assisting during surgery for small, large, and exotic animals. They also play a critical role in patient management, laboratory procedures, and procedural management.

Start your career caring for animals with MedQuest’s vet tech program. As a dedicated vet tech school and supportive vet assistant school, MedQuest combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience. Our training also prepares you to work toward your vet tech certification, helping you build the confidence to step into animal healthcare roles.
