Nursing Program Overview

The Practical Nursing program is a 12-month Diploma program designed to prepare students for careers as a Licensed Practical Nurse with knowledge in pertinent aspects of the healthcare field. Students will learn skills that prepare them to perform patient care pertinent to entry-level into the nursing profession.

In our nursing courses, you’ll learn essential practical nursing skills—from patient care to documentation and IV procedures. Our LPN program is structured to reflect the standards of a respected nursing school, giving you a solid foundation for real-world medical environments. Our nursing classes are taught by knowledgeable instructors who guide you through every step of your training.

Upon completion of the nursing program and meeting all the course requirements, students will receive a Practical Nursing Diploma and will be prepared and eligible to submit their Diploma and transcript to apply to take the national certification examination through the National Council for State Boards of Nursing (NCLEX- PN®).
